「酒店附近冇嘢好食，房間整潔，暖氣唔夠，要步行10分鐘才到市中心，酒店古舊，電梯有懷舊味道」

「My flight was delayed and I had to check in late (at around 21:00). I had noticed the owner in advance and he was so kind and waited until I come before he was off the duty. Good customer service.」

「The motel owner is very kind and provides very good recommendations. The staff are helpful and the room is tidy and clean. The motel location is very convenient and for sure will check in again next time. 5 stars choice. 」

「Owners are so friendly and obliging. Let us store our luggage during the day for our late flight. Comfy beds and warm room.」

「Wall and door not very sound proof can heard next door guests knocking the door or talking outside.. Hosts are very nice and provide us fruits on arrival.」

「perfect for everything ! close to centre and the staff are so nice !」

「住宿飯店裡面味道非常不好聞，尤其是廚房的櫃子裡味道更是不好聞，整體來看地毯都覺得髒髒的」

「Location was walking distance to supermarket, burger king, garages and township also. Check in easy and hosts friendly. Establishment was dated but surfice, rooms cleaned well & comfy bed. Unfortunately I was dissapointed over the stench of what I believe were smelly carpets, no underlay for comfort and odour throughout the room in curtains, furniture. Comfy double bed. Enjoyed jetted bath, but lack of utensils in kitchenette made it more frustrating. Paid fair price 3 nights stay but very...

「In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first and last time we will stay here. 」

「First time here and relaxing, peaceful and local stay in Palmy. Check in was no fuss, room immaculate and clean, had an iron and ironing board, everything we needed amd so local to restaurants, mall, city centre. We had Room 7. The only downfall was the Spa, we loved that it was a private Spa that could at least 4 of us, but the temperature was more like warm than hot. Other than that, a great stay, we'll come back here for sure.」

「Very good location, friendly and helpful staff. It is in city centre, easy to reach restaurants, cinema and shopping area. 」

「The motel operator was helpful.」

「Great location but our unit close to road so traffic noise a nuisance. Shower pressure not good but unit very clean and well prepared. Staff very helpful. Parking outside unit.」

「Clean and tidy. Close to tthe town centre. The kitchen was well equipped.」

「Tried without fail to reach the manager multiple times over the week on all listed numbers. Couldn’t get in my room initially as no code sent for the lock box. Wallpaper peeling off in my room. The office was locked and without staff all week (I was there Sunday to Friday) and no phone contact possible. Very unusual.」
