「We recently enjoyed a kid-free anniversary getaway at the Omni Hilton Head, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The adult-only pool was serene and relaxing, and having direct access to the beach made it easy to soak up the sun and unwind. We especially loved the cozy fire pits in the evenings and the variety of bars and restaurants on-site—each one offered great service and delicious options. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive....

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「The customer service level of the staff was outstanding. They were very pleasant and accommodating. We had two small dogs and the staff made them feel welcome as well by providing treats for them at check. Many shops, bars and cafes are only a short walk. Fantastic beach and live music at the Tiki Hut. We will definitely stay again. 」

「We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. 」

「This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. 」
