"Enjoyed are stay very much. Wish we had more time to explore. Only negative things I could think of was no ice or ice trays and no tv in master bedroom. On the positive side the master bedroom bed was great, slept very good and the hot tub was great. Didn’t get to use the golf cart was to cold. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

The hot tub was one of our favorite parts. You could easily have 5 people in and it was ready for us when we arrived. "Comfortable bed!! Quiet place. Able to darken room fully! Old-school tub with real tile. Cute metal tea/coffee pot. Polite staff. What more can you ask from a 2-star hotel? They even have laundry facilities available. Halls and room a little musty, but running the a/c cleared the smell. Pool appeared a bit on the murky side, despite a chlorine-tablet floatie bobbing around. We did not attend the complimentary breakfast, but there was a waffle maker, yogurt, juice, etc. available. I liked the split staircase with wooden banister leading to the second floor. NOTE: Be sure to request a room on the first floor if you don't climb stairs; there is no elevator."

"This home is absolutely stunning! Pictures do not do it justice. It is spacious, clean, and so comfortable. The kiddos were beyond excited to stay in the jungle room. They had a blast playing upstairs in all of the little nooks. I felt it was a good environment for the littles other than a few sharp edges that I needed to cover (the edges of the trundle bed and kitchen counters.) The glass top of the tv stand made me nervous but it did not end up being an issue. The path to the water was shorter than expected. The views are stunning and it is very quiet and private. It was not a good spot for playing in the water but the local beach downtown was so perfect and only a 4 minute drive. I highly recommend this home for families or adults looking for a peaceful escape. I will warn you, there are very few options for dining out and we had a particularly negative experience with the local pizza place. Its worth it to drive a little farther to go to Boonedocks (so good!). Otherwise, you will want to bring all of your food with you to cook. "
