“We spent 4 days at this house for 4th of July. The house was big enough for all 12 of us. The proximity to the lake was a great plus. The kids and adults enjoyed riding the bike to the lake and the pacman video game was a hit to the little kids. Kenny was very responsive. Looking forward to our next stay.”

“We stayed for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend after looking for somewhere to stay close to Hawk Mountain. The house has a great layout and is well stocked. We comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 young children. Our pup also enjoyed running around the property. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful before and during the stay as well. ”

“Rented this property for our family reunion which included 17 adults and 5 kids for a long weekend. It was the perfect rental for such an event. It was very clean and clearly maintained well. We had plenty of space for sleeping. The activity room was perfect for all ages. The house had extras that helped made this so perfect for our family, such as extra foldable tables, chairs and kitchen supplies. Highly recommend this space for a large family wanting some outdoor space.”

“Everything about the house was as listed and in most cases better. We had a large group of mixed ages and everyone had comfortable spaces and it was easy to entertain in the house. The pool was a bit hit as well as the movie theater! Overall I definitely recommend the house. I took off one star for location simply because there isn't much in the area in terms of things to do outside the house, however as the house is so great you don't really need much else!”

“We enjoyed our stay at What Makes You Happy? The host was so flexible, friendly, and accommodating. The generous check in and check out times made this experience a step above others. The wifi in the cabin was strong enough for us to work remotely with zero issues. The cabin is small and cozy. The porch is a spectacular place to sit, listen to the creek, and relax. There was a firefly show every night! We are so thankful this property is pet friendly. Our two dogs loved sitting on the porch and……

“This property was exactly what we were looking for! We were going to a concert in Jim Thorpe and doing some other activities in the area. The property has plenty of room to do anything. We were able to put the pack and play for the baby in the bedroom and still have plenty of room for everything else. I would only say one negative thing, and it's not even negative. There is a large bump in the driveway, meant for control rainwater runoff, and if you have a smaller car like we did, you can't go……
