It is situated in Sabina, an area famous for the production of extra virgin olive oil, in a beautiful valley dominated by the Lucretili Mountains, one of the most beautiful natural parks in Lazio. The farmhouse is situated in the center of a large estate, surrounded by olive trees and centuries-old trees; also on the property is a private grass-surfaced soccer field. Next to the pool (13m x 7m, for your exclusive use)—which is also surrounded by greenery—there is a designated dining area. The house is elegantly furnished while retaining its historic character: some elements, such as the interior staircase and the ceiling with exposed wooden beams, are original. On the first floor, the old stable has been converted into a billiards room. The presence of an interior elevator allows even older guests to access the upper floors.
