Situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Underground parking space with elevator access directly to the apartment. The living-dining room is very spacious, with a terrace and sea view. The kitchen includes a small laundry room. The master bedroom has a terrace and sea view. There is a bathroom, a guest toilet, and two bedrooms sharing a terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
