This elegant penthouse with a capacity for 6 people offers the convenience of being close to the beach. It also features community pools, an elevator, parking, and air conditioning.This wonderful penthouse has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, including one en-suite. The apartment is well-equipped and decorated with nautical motifs that create a light and relaxing atmosphere. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the pool and gardens, benefiting from wonderful light throughout the day thanks to its west orientation.For your comfort, the penthouse has air conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom, ensuring a cool ambiance throughout the apartment.The accommodation is right in front of the Pineda de Pals, a forest that brings fresh air to the terrace. It is located in the Pals Playa area, which is a privileged zone of the Catalan Costa Brava. You'll be close to everything you need. The Jodofi supermarket is less than 1 km away, and within 3 km, you'll find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy delicious local cuisine. Additionally, you can explore the charming nearby towns of Pals, Torroella de Montgrí, and L'Estartit, providing you with a variety of options to explore during your stay.Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this elegant and well-equipped penthouse. Very nice appartment. Perfect quiet location. Well equipped kitchen Good diswasher, refrigerator and washing machine. Comfortabel Master bedroom and bathroom Garden, Swimming Pools and building well maintained Close to the beach, supermarkt and golf course Very good service at the local Office! No air-conditioning Poor WiFi No possibility to BBQ Good indoor parking (electric entrance)
