Townhouse with community garden and pool located in the quiet community of Les Gavarres, 500 mts from the beach of Pals.

Ideal house to spend a few days with the family. You will love the social gatherings on your sunny terrace with access to a communal garden and swimming pool. Terrace with morning sun, , the rest of the day,  you can also enjoy cooler moments on the terrace.

Wi-Fi internet connection . Air conditioning. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Dryer. Hair Dryer. tv .Free parking outside the property.
On the ground floor , we find:

Garden entrance, totally independent, that leads us to the house. Double room with  garden  entrance views (two single beds). Bathroom with shower. Independent kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious living room with access to large terrace with community and  garden views. In lower level and direction to the pool, there is a small garden.

On the second floor, we find:

Double room with double bed and access to terrace with communal pool and garden views. Double room with double bed with  communal and garden views. Bathroom room with shower.

Parties are not allowed in the accommodation.PETS are not allowed.
Ideal for family holidays which all members can enjoy a variety of activities. Routes on foot through the paths, practice golf, horse riding, tennis, cycling, beach days, etc ...

Located 500 meters away from the GOLF PLATJA DE PALS.

The distance to the nearest beach is Platja Gran or Platja del Racó, 1 km.

Nearby towns where you can do all kinds of shopping, or just visit the beauty of its cobbled streets: Pals center 10 minutes by car, Begur, famous for the beauty of its coves, 10 minutes by car. Palafrugell at 20 kms.
