Superb Villa 8-10 persons with private pool, near beach

Las Estrellas is a detached house, entirely renovated in 2014, on a plot of land of 750m ². There is no vis-à-vis and it is situated on the borders of a protected pine forest.
The house is south facing with the pool looking towards the forest greenery. On the northern side, the sea is visible and is located 1km away from the house (5 minutes by car, 15 minutes by foot).
The house is circular with a living space of 200m². The central skylight provides bright natural illumination. Built on two levels, Las Estrellas has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an American kitchen and an open lounge and dining room.
The outdoor terrace surrounding the swimming pool includes a spacious wooden patio with a teak table for 10 people, and a summer braided resin lounge with a large sofa and 2 armchairs.
An outdoor stone barbecue with an integrated worktop provides an additional Summer flavor to your vacation.
The house is equipped with wireless internet, LCD flat TV (with satellite connection), dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with separate freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine.
A Spar supermarket is situated down the road, 400 meters away.

  • This was one of my favorite spots in Spain. It has clear blueish-green water and was great for swimming and jumping off the rock in front. There is a small cave in the far back corner on the beach which has many mosquito's at night (bummer). This photo was taking in the morning before it got over populated with naked Spaniards swimming and playing ping pong on the beach. I would come here again I had a great time and camped 2 nights on the beach. The location of the beach is the closest I can do but it is referred by the locals as (Platjanudista).#Beach

We loved staying at this villa! We were a group of 10 friends (2 children) The setting was fantastic on the outskirts of the main town, so really quiet and peaceful and on the edge of the forest that you look out to from the pool. The pool is fantastic, it’s huge, at great temperature and plenty of shade sunbeds and tables to sit out at. Check in was simple with the agent, we were able to check in early, which was very helpful. Communications from the owner were also very quick and helpful. There are two good restaurants and a well stocked Spa supermarket within walking distance - it is all downhill though so an uphill walk back which is tricky if it’s hot. There is very little parking near the beach so would recommend hiring bikes to get around from the villa. The only downside to the villa is the lack of air conditioning which in the week we were there was quite uncomfortably hot in the day and at night. There are fans available but don’t work that well so the only way we kept slightly cooled was to have cold showers and keep on swimming … also a better selection of glassware in the kitchen! Don’t be put off though it is an excellent villa to stay in ..

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. What a wonderful house! It was also peak season, so you wouldn't even notice it because of the beautiful location on the edge of a forest. The house is large and offers plenty of space. We stayed there with 8 adults. The pool is fantastic. Who knows, maybe we'll see you again!

Fantastisch verblijf in een prachtig vakantiehuis!We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit mooie vakantiehuis in Pals. Het huis is rustig gelegen, omgeven door natuur en biedt volop privacy. Het zwembad is werkelijk prachtig - groot, goed onderhouden en perfect om te ontspannen op warme dagen.De locatie is ideaal: op een 20 tal min wandelen tot op het strand . De bredere omgeving telt charmante plaatsjes zoals Pals, Begur, Cadaqués en Roses. Elke dag was er wel iets nieuws te ontdekken, of het nu een historisch dorpje was, een mooie baai of een gezellig terrasje.De communicatie met de eigenaar was uitstekend: vriendelijk, duidelijk en altijd snel bereikbaar bij vragen. Dat gaf ons meteen een welkom en gerust gevoel.Kortom, een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij alles wat de Costa Brava zo mooi maakt. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Family villa in quiet location

Perfect villa for three families who enjoyed lots of pool and beach time. However the walk to the beach was not quite 15 mins as advertised. Thankfully we had a car. The beaches are beautiful and we had lots of hot weather to enjoy them. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Mooie rustige locatie. Authentiek Spaans huis, met eenvoudige, complete interieur inrichting. De ruimte buiten met pool en overdekt terras is fijn en schaduwplekken zijn er gedurende de dag te vinden. Airconditioning is niet aanwezig, maar hebben wij niet gemist.

Beautiful house at gorgeous location with large swimming pool

We really have enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home with our family of four. The location is perfect; close to some beautiful beaches, garden with forest view and near to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The owner Yves, is always at your disposal for questions etc. The house is fully equipped and everything you need is available (and very clean). The pool is great, very large and with a lot of pool chairs. Our kids loved the tennis table as well. From some rooms you even have sea view. In short, we have had an amazing holiday and we would love to come back. Thank you Yves!

One weeek is too short

We (3 families, 9 people) stayed in this house in Pals for one week. The house is very well equipped and spacious, both inside and out. The location is beautiful, near a forest, with ocean view (on the skyline) and close to a nice beach and the historical town of Pals. We only had one week which was too short to fully enjoy the house and it’s surroundings, so we will certainly consider coming back in the future. Special thanks to the owner Yves, who was very helpful before and during our stay when we had questions.

prachtig huis op een mooie plek

Heel fijn, groot huis voor 8/9 personen. Goede inrichting, gezellig, goed ingerichte keuken, alles was er om voor een groep te koken, veel bestek, borden, glazen etc. Slaapkamers waren goed, ruim. Enorm zwembad in grote privé tuin. Overkapping met lange tafel + stoelen + lounche stoelen. Goed werkende BBQ. Contact met eigenaar was prima. Bij vragen heel snel app antwoord. Aanrader!

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Strasse direkt am Wald. es hat eine ruhige Lage. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gross, sehr viel Platz zur Verfügung.einfach zum Entspannen. Die Poolanlage und der Aussenbereich sind ebenfalls sehr gross und man hat ausreichend Platz für Aktivitäten oder einfach nur zum Relaxen.

Très bon séjour à Pals

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette belle propriété. La piscine est très agréable avec un pourtour très bien aménagé. Le salon de jardin, couvert, est très agréable à tous les moments de la journée. Un bémol pour la maison, car son puits de lumière la fait chauffer encore plus, ce qui n'est pas très agréable par fortes chaleurs. L'architecture très originale de la maison est par contre très impressionnante et toutes les chambres étaient confortables. C'était un point de départ idéal pour découvrir les magnifiques plages de la Costa Brava. Et nous avons découvert avec plaisir le riz local ! A refaire !

Agréable séjour

La maison était idéale pour recevoir notre famille. Petits et grands ont largement profité de la piscine et des accessoires gonflables laissés à disposition. La table de Ping pong a bien amusé les plus grands. La cuisine est très bien équipée. L’emplacement bordé par la pinède, à l’abri du voisinage est un plus. Néanmoins, cela s’est avéré être aussi un moins car nous n’avons pas pu, par mesure de prudence, utiliser le barbecue trop près de la pinède. La maison mériterait d’être équipée d’une climatisation. Le puits de jour appréciable pour la luminosité ne permet pas de garder une maison fraîche. En conclusion, cette villa est tout à fait conforme à la proposition et notre hôte MR Goethals est très disponible.

Just beautiful property!

The process and communication with owner and agency were top notch! Kind, efficient, prompt. The house design (circular, spacious house) and the outdoor areas by the pool are fantastic to relax, rest and play. Loved the house!!! Everyone in the area was friendly and welcoming. We had a medical emergency and the care provided by Palamós Hospital and Emergency Care unit were very good! Great beds in every bedroom. Lots of careful details it throughout, such as fans, which were key because there is no air conditioning. Lots of windows to keep fresh air in, automatic roll down shades to keep sun out. The beach was just perfect, clear water, best to be prepared to walk, carry as little as possible so you can enjoy the walk to....and from the beach, which is a little long but 100% worthwhile. Plenty of restaurants and shops along the way.

Superbe maison avec piscine proche pinède

La maison est beaucoup plus jolie que les photos ne laissent à penser. La localisation est sans vis-à-vis avec une pinède comme voisine. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs de plafond ce qui a été suffisant pour nous. Maison très pratique pour notre groupe de 9.

Nous avons adoré le confort de cette spacieuse et atypique maison, sans vis à vis, au bord de la pinède et tout proche de la mer dans une région magnifique ! Sa grande piscine est vraiment un plus pour commencer la journée avec ces fortes chaleurs... Bref tous les ingrédients réunis pour des vacances de rêve !
