Perfect bay view. My little family enjoyed the dock for fishing and dolphin watching.It’s great for a quiet getaway, the house is very family friendly, close to the beach and several local seafood restaurants.We would definitely rent the house again

Stayed 7 nights in April and enjoyed the relaxing view and the fishing from the pier very much. The home was spacious and clean and better than expected. Host was extremely responsive with a couple of things that came up to make sure our stay went smoothly. Planning to return at least once a year and hope it is still available to rent.
Caught and released large catfish and 3 sharks! Super fun!

Just perfect. So very clean, private, well organized and safe. We enjoyed the fenced in area for the pups and the lovely long dock to enjoy sunset. All supplies were easy to find. Nothing was missing, even the beautiful soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms. The lanai was large and screened in with a doggie door and the cement/stone table and stools outside made it easy to look out over the beautiful waters. Mashes Sands small beach about a mile down the road was an easy trip and perfect for watching Gulf waters roll in. Will definitely look forward to another escape to this property.

Great property for our weekend stay. We were scalloping/fishing and enjoyed to proximity to both. My son really enjoyed fishing off the long dock. Very quiet and peaceful.

Perfect hideaway

House was great with all the amenities you need and in a quiet location. Small town feel but everything you need to enjoy yourself and entertain kids from toddler to teenage and even the adults had fun!!

Great location and the sunsets were amazing. Home was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed dining every evening on the porch overlooking the bay and can’t forget to mention the white squirrels - so entertaining.Molly is the perfect hostess with quick responses to any questions.

Serene house on the bay - great views and access to nature

We loved our stay at the house. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset views of the bay each day and the lovely bike path / walking trail just outside was great with our dog. The house was clean and the host was so kind. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything about this home was perfect for our stay! The fenced in back yard is a game changer when bringing your pet! The home is very spacious and the view is beautiful especially in the evening! We also had plenty of room in the driveway for our boat/trailer! Great communication with host as well!

The perfect week!

We wanted a waterfront location near a beach and right on the area’s bike paths. This house was the perfect location. And the house itself was so cozy and comfortable! Very nicely decorated and it had everything we needed along with several unexpected nice touches, like the sound machines in every bedroom and luggage racks in the bedrooms. We loved spending time in the sunroom just enjoying the view as we drank our coffee. We hope to return to this house again and again!

Wonderful House

This house is immaculate and well stocked. It’s roomy and in a great location. The owner has thought of everything to make a stay here enjoyable. We are bird watchers. The location is not too far from St. Marks, a wonderful bird watching site. In the morning we’d go out bird watching and come back to the house and enjoy the sunroom. The owner responds to questions very quickly. This is a wonderful rental.

Absolutely Amazing

This property exceeded my expectations in every way! Not only was it so dog friendly but it was so well decorated and prepared for renters! Every cabinet and drawer was labeled. It was so well organized with no detail overlooked. The dock was incredible and the sunset views could not be beat! The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were well appointed. The laundry room provided extra space to store items when not in use. The closets were huge! And the Jack and Jill bathroom made sharing easy. There is not one negative thing I could say. (Except we wanted to tidy up a bit more but couldn’t find a broom). I cannot wait to return. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

This is an amazing property. The house is comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We especially appreciated the fishing pier and kayak. It’s a 1.5 mile walk to the beach. The beach is quiet. You will not easily find anything similar in Florida.Molly is a very responsive host. You are in good hands with her.
