Wonderfully comfortable guesthouse in an oasis of calm, but also a great location, close to the main streets for eating and shopping. Run by a great host who can arrange taxi-tours and is very knowledgeable about local sights. I would recommend this lodging without hesitation.

The entire area is full of history and colourful. Heritage buildings. Feast for eyes. The morning market is fantastic. Mondavi river, the stunning beaches and delicious food.

Nice and comfortable place to stay

I visited this place with my family and we really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The owner Mr. Derek is a fantastic host who took us around in his car to show places in Panjim, arranged for nice breakfast every morning, guided us to good restaurants and also arranged for vehicles for sightseeing and drop to railway station.

A really homestay in a fine old house at a park, very near the river. Very helpfull and serviceminded. Very fine breakfast.

Sublime,a must for visiting Panjim

Fabulous owner, welcoming, gave us local advise, offered a tour of the city, took us to the bus station(we did not ask), wonderful breakfast, offered us a packed breakfast on the morning we were leaving(7.a.m), room large, pristinely clean, fridge in room, bed massive, TV in room, short walk to waterfront or into town, bus to station a minute walk away, quiet peacefull road. Best nights sleep in India.

Clean and Comfortable home stay. Centrally located

Derek who owns this place is doing an excellent job. I had a very comfortable stay. This hotel is centrally located in Panaji and yet it's in a quite neighborhood. Overall it was a great stay and would come back.

Great owner and nice area

loved to stay at the place of Deric. Quiet area though middle of Campal, Panaji, clean room and great breakfast. Would definitely recommend Deric as host and his place.
