On the beach--We are located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach on the 10th floor. One mile west of 79 with easy access to Highway 98, (Back Beach Rd).
Close to new Airport and 1.8 miles to Pier Park with hundreds of shops and restaurants and very close to Frank Brown Park. Target and a brand new Walmart located in Pier Park for easy shopping as well as Winn Dixie Supermarket close by.
Parking available on first two levels of the building. A two level parking deck with plenty of parking across the street with walkover into building.
This 2 bedrooms 2 bath condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on the 10th floor end unit making the balcony seem larger. My condo has free wireless internet and cable television. No smoking. No pets allowed.
Land line phone service is available in my condo that includes FREE unlimited long distance nationwide and in Canada!
In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed with TV. The master has a full size bath and opens onto the 271 square foot balcony.
The guest room has 2 full size beds with TV and entrance to second bathroom.
In the living room there is a television and new sleeper sofa.
The kitchen has granite countertops, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and everything for preparing great meals to enjoy on the balcony or at the table that seats 6 and 3 bar stools at the counter.
Washer and dryer in second bathroom closet.
On the balcony there is a table that seats 6, 1 recliner chair, ottoman, and small side table to watch activities on the beach. It also has a high top table that seats 3. Plenty of room to entertain and enjoy the beautiful view.
All linens are provided for guest.

Onsite at Emerald Isle there are 4 high speed elevators, heated indoor/outdoor pool plus a second outdoor pool with small waterfall. Sauna, steam room, and over-sized hot tub. There is a fitness room overlooking the gulf and 3 outdoor showers. Outdoor gas grills and picnic area.
Must be 25 years old to reserve.
