Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: Enchantment will leave you speechless the moment you arrive. This ultra luxurious estate sets the foundation for a memorable vacation from the professional design, private pool, and private beach. This residence can accommodate 16 family members with 5 bedrooms, including a bunk room and 5 full bathrooms with 2 half baths.
You will be welcomed with a light and bright interior with beautiful pops of yellow and blue throughout the home. The first floor offers a guest bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom has a wonderful view of the private pool and beach. There is a stunning living space with comfortable seating that overlooks the back of the home and white sandy beaches. The backyard is complete with a private pool (that can be heated for a daily fee), outdoor seating, a shower, and a private boardwalk to the beach. The first floor is complete with a half bathroom and laundry room.
The second floor will captivate you the moment you climb the stairs or step off the elevator. We would wash dishes everyday if our view was of the emerald water. This kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf Range, an ice maker and plenty of space to create custom meals. The open floor plan allows for the natural light to fully illuminate this space and provides unobstructed views of the beach! There is bar stool seating for 4 guests and the dining table can accommodate up to 8 guests. The balcony is the perfect spot to soak in the views or grill something nice. There is a bedroom on this floor with a king sized bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional half bathroom is located on this floor.
The master bedroom is located on the third floor and is a sanctuary for relaxation. From pops of blue decor and bedding to the private balcony, you will be in heaven. In the master retreat you will find a luxurious bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate vanities. Off of the master is a private sitting room that can double as an office if needed. There is an additional bedroom on this floor with a king size bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The fourth floor is a space the kids and even adults will enjoy! Deep navy with pops of yellow fill the media space and bunk room for a unique design. You can enjoy a nice movie or plan a game at the table with seating for four. The bunk room sleeps 8 people and has 4 sets of bunk beds. There is access to the balcony that has the best views around!

- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the not pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Elevator usage is not available for guests unless it is needed by an elderly or handicapped individual. Please contact Dune Vacation Rentals prior to the arrival date for such arrangements.
Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.
Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
