Amazing!

I was very pleased with the condo, clean and very comfortable. I sent an email saying I thought they might need to look at the hot water in primary bathroom, and within a couple of hours there was a knock at the door. WOW, I was not expecting that kind of service. View was amazing and I was very impressed!! Will be booking again!

The room and view were amazing . Took us a minute to figure out door lock to get in the room. The resort is great. i just like it a little less crowded in pools and beach areas. The room was beautiful!

Great stay & wonderful condo

We generally try to stay at Edgewater because we absolutely love it. We couldn't have been happier with this condo. The only slightly negative thing I would say is that the condo got a little hot at night (you can't drop the air below 70°.) So we grabbed a small fan and it was perfect. We will definitely book again!

Great location!

Overall this place was great for what we needed. The perk was definitely the balcony and floor to ceiling windows in the living room & bedroom. It was a very comfortable place to stay. The only negative was the master shower didn’t have hot water, but we just used the guest shower so it wasn’t a big deal for us. When we were packing up getting ready check out, the cleaning crew arrived early and came into the room even though checkout wasn’t until 10a. We felt a little rushed, especially because it wasn’t time for checkout yet. But, we are pretty easy going people so we didn’t care too much. I’m sure others may feel differently. We enjoyed our stay!

Edgewater Retreat

The pictures of this property were exactly how this condo looked! The views were amazing! The unit was very clean. There were negatives to the location of the unit located right above the hot tub of bldg #2. It was very noicy until 11pm every night. Luckily, we brought a loud box fan to drown out some of the noise. There's no Keurig only a coffee pot maker. The box spring of the bed was broken. They tried fixing it wedging a 2x4 board underneath. But, there's a definite dip in the middle. And, the living room furniture was uncomfortable to lounge on. The only extra blanket to use while not laying in bed, was for the pull out couch & located in the master closet. I pulled it out & it smelled very bad. Had to buy detergent & wash it before use. The remote batteries were almost dead. As well as the thermostat batteries. Hopefully, those were replaced prior to the next renters. Overall, though, it was a 4 star condo. Fyi.. dont waste your money on the onsite workout facility. We paid for the entire stay & used it once. The people that worked there were extremely grumpy & the equipment was outdated. The restaurant on site was excellent as well as the music entertainment & evening pool movies for the kids.
