Good location, close to shopping, restaurants and beach, but not a quiet place to stay. Large condo, but was not clean. Pictures do not show the wear and tear of this condo, especially the furniture and patio chairs. Additionally, the kitchen pots, pans and utensils were also well worn. If you want a condo complex that has nice amenities, this is not the place for you. Notably, the Laketown Wharf fitness center was closed the entire 10 weeks that we were there (Dec-March) Owners told us there was a flood in October’25 that closed it down. Over 6months to fix the problem! Our host/property management was quick to respond to our concerns, but would not compensate us for having to buy a gym membership offsite. This condo faces a small lake and a very busy and loud highway and does not get much sun on the balcony (winter months).
