Great condo!

My only complaint is the hot water was pretty nonexistent in showers unless showering early in the morning or late at night. The location is great! The staff very friendly and helpful! The second floor room was steps from the pool! The inside of the condo was decorated beautifully and very roomy! Loved the have patio/balcony! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Location is the best easy access in and out and close to pretty much everything you may want to do. Family friendly nice and quiet area. We have stayed several times at AquaVista but this was our first in this condo room , suggestions would be update the couch cushions are worn down, you could tell floors was not very clean when we arrived there was the seasonal “bugs love bugs “ we was told all by the balcony doors and of course they was all on the balcony and in the parking garage which the owners cannot prevent the outside but if you cleaned the rooms then there should not have been several inside dead . We got there on a Thursday and TV did not work which I called on and maintenance came on Friday and tried to fix it but he had to called someone to run test and they couldn’t come till Monday to work on it . So we had no TV until lunchtime Monday which was no fun when you have a small child that wants to watch cartoons. If you plan on cooking any may wanna bring your own utensils, knife set that’s in the knife block has rust on them from being put back in it wet . Overall everything else was fine , we did enjoy the beach everyday.

Amazing from start to finish

This was one our favorite places we have stayed at while visiting Florida. The check in process was so easy. The condo itself is amazing and the porch is exactly as pictured. Just minutes drive to Pier Park. We will be back ! Book that Condo staff was all so very helpful and amazing as well.

This was our first stay with Auqavista and we really enjoyed the condo. Very roomy and clean.Location is great, close enough to walk to the store and Pier Park.View of the ocean is beautiful and just few steps away.Beach wasn't crowded at all very peaceful. I highly recommend staying at Auqavista. If I had any negatives to mention the main bedroom didn't stay as cool as the kitchen and living room which made sleeping little warmer than I preferred. Im looking forward for our next visit.
