Loved the condo we stayed in. It was beautiful! I loved the way it was decorated, it was the perfect size for my little family. We had everything we needed during our stay! The view was worth every penny.

We saw a pretty cool sea creature. Couldn’t tell what it was.

Very cute and cozy place with million dollar view! Elevator can be very slow but it is busy season and this resort has 30 floors. Had a blast!!

Amazing view!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a very large building so it is very busy and you do have to wait for the elevators. Other than that the view was great and we enjoyed the complementary beach chairs and umbrella.

Beautiful view

We are so thankful we booked this condo! The views from the condo were absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We also loved waking up from the master bedroom with views of the gulf. I have zero complaints. I had read previous reviews complaining about elevator waits but we had no issues with this. I think the longest waited on an elevator was maybe 90 seconds.

The condo itself was as pictured ... neat and clean. The gulf view was excellent. The road construction out front made it somewhat hard to get around. Walking to Pier Park as a result of the construction and lack of side walks was not good. We stayed for 3 weeks in Feb, at the beginning had a couple of maintenance issues with showers and hot water. Communication with property manger could have been better. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation

Condo was very clean and looked just as nice as it did in the pictures. We loved the beautiful views every morning and evening. Beach chair service was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach Front Condo💙

A beautiful condo with amazing views and nice property amenities! It was very clean and the property managers were great to work with. We also loved that the unit has a washer and dryer! We enjoyed our stay!

Was so looking forward to this stay and it was ruined by the condo !

The location is obviously great (oceanfront) , but that’s about where it ends. Upon arrival we found our condo to be noticeably dirty. The sheets were visibly stained along with the towels. Towels at which we were shorted how many were assigned to our room. We checked all the rooms and found a cup on the bunk bed ladder filled with a suspicious purples substance. I messaged fourstarcondos who the rental is through land they just sent me to the housekeeping person and wanted me to coordinate a time when I could get sheets from them, which I was not willing to do on a trip we paid a lot of money for. I was not rearranging our planned days for an issue they had caused. We opted for purchasing our own sheets and comforter to use from the local Walmart. So and overpriced dirty condo is what we got . Also the remotes to the fan and lights in bedroom and living room had no batteries so we bought those at Walmart too. To top it all off the rugs in the bedroom are not secured down with any kind of nonslip tape . My partner had a terrible fall because the rug slipped as he was trying to get out of bed and he ended up really hurting his knee. I have stayed in PCB often and this is the worst experiences we’ve had. The really frustrating part is there was no accountability taken by fourstarcondos but they were happy to charge us for an extremely overpriced below average experience.We will not be returning to this condo and suggest that you look elsewhere too.

2024 Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater 1909. We can there to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary! We have no complaints about the condo. The Condo was clean and is in a great location! We will stay again for sure!

The condo was very nice but I would never stay there again due to the elevator situation. The staff was very helpful with the elevators but it was still a nightmare. We did love the snow cones at the pool.

Great Condo!

This condo was perfect for our family. Very clean, cozy and amazing view from the 19th floor. Our son loved the bunk bed and having his own bathroom. The master suite was a great size and so neat to wake up to floor to celling views of the gulf! Bonus was the direct access to the beach! No loading and unloading everything into the car every time we wanted to go to the beach.

Very nice condo

Nice place, but construction of roadways was awful trying to get in parking garage. Elevators were fast as long as you didn’t use them when everyone else was using them. The view from the balcony was beautiful, saw dolphins and jellyfish , but at night all we smelled was people smoking cigarettes and other illegal substances.
