This spacious unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families and friends.
The Space:
Paradise at Seahaven is a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located on the 16th floor of Origin at Seahaven in Panama City Beach. This beautifully designed space comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a cozy sitting area, providing a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach. The two additional bedrooms include another king bed and a queen bed, each with attached full bathrooms and access to private balconies, offering fantastic views of the Gulf and Bay.
The living area includes a sleeper sofa, ensuring extra sleeping space for guests. The open layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, which comes with a dishwasher and oven, perfect for preparing meals.
Paradise at Seahaven also offers impressive on-site amenities, including a huge pool, an on-site movie theater, and a fitness center, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of your stay. With direct beach access just across the street, you can easily soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful sandy shores.

Sleeping Arrangements:
-Master Bedroom: King size bed, bonus sitting area, attached full bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony.
-Guest Bedroom 1: King size bed, attached full bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony access.
-Guest Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, attached full bathroom.
-Living Room: Sleeper sofa for extra guests, with a spacious layout perfect for relaxation, and balcony access.
-Each bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom for added privacy.
Amenity Package
A one-time $65 amenity package fee includes parking passes, wristbands, and access to additional community amenities. This package must be picked up from the front desk upon arrival to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay!
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: -Must be 25 years old to book and stay at the property during entire reservation period - No pets - Just a quick heads-up: once you book we'll be using our nifty guest messaging platform for all our chit-chats, so keep an eye on your text for messages from our 850 phone number. Additionally, before the fun begins, we'll need you to sign our rental agreement that has a $100 authorization hold for incidentals. It's all part of the check-in charm! Thanks for being awesome!
