Better than advertised! Fantastic location in idyllic setting with shops, entertainment, fine and casual dining, and a beautiful white sand beach all within just a few minutes of your doorstep. We’ll be back!!

This unit was great. The location was fantastic with a great view. We enjoyed the property. Only downfall was the master tv did not work well there was a connection issue so could not get that to work and construction. Which I know the construction needs to get done so wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach

Overall we had a great stay. The condo and property was beautiful and the beach was amazing. This property has a private beach and beach chairs and umbrella are included in the rental. This was fantastic as we could just walk down to the beach every day and know that we will have a front row seat to the ocean. We had a little difficulty getting to the property. There was no address given in our check in information. It was just a button that opened google maps. Unfortunately this took you to a different location located about 20 min down the road. Fortunately the company responded quickly to give us the correct address. This unit is not super great for kids under 2. We had to move a lot of the breakable objects up and the table to eat is a high top that our kids couldn’t sit at. The patio table was great so the kids ate their meals out there. If you go during spring break, know that this property and the community as a whole tends to shut everything down around 8pm. This includes the pool and pickleball courts. I understand that this is to keep order and the community safe during possible busy times but was a bummer for me and my spouse as there was little for us to do once we put the kids to bed. Overall we had a great trip. Would recommend to families with older kids.

Beautiful, clean condo in excellent location

This was our first time in Rosemary Beach and this condo was an excellent choice for us. Pool was large and clean, access to beach was excellent. Crabby Steve's is a great spot right on property for food and drinks. Security is excellent. Our condo was very clean and updated. Plenty of towels for our family of five. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful condo with beach view

Love this condo that has both pool and beach views. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and has lots of counter space. The coffee table lifts and flips open to give extra dining space. High Pointe has plenty of private beach so it’s never crowded. We’ll be back!

This unit is very comfortable for both the furniture and the beds, which is huge plus for a rental! The location of this exact unit on the property is less than ideal. While you can see the water from the balcony and sofa the noise from the pool equipment made it such that we were not able to enjoy the outdoors. October weather is the reason for the trip and it was diminished due to the loud pool equipment right in front of the unit. The kitchen could be better setup but was ok. you will need to BUY or BRING everything you need other than dishes. Some units have more than this one. The required wristbands are annoying as well. I wish they would convert to the cards or codes like other rental places.
