Fun Property with easy access to beach.

The home allowed us to enjoy the beach easily and on the rainy days or days we were cooked from the sun the pool provided a nice alternative.

Endless entertainment and excellent communication!

We came down for an extended family week long getaway and this property checked all the boxes. From the pool to the game room to the beautiful beach in a short walking distant, it was everything you look for in a spring family vacation. There was so much space for gathering but also enough room division for individual space too. The home is in a nice area and has a grocery store and so much more within walking distance. The host communication was phenomenal in preparing us for our stay, answering questions and timely with reminders and thorough check out details. Would definitely stay again!

Arrived to the house and everything seemed to be clean and put together. Went to have my son lay down for bed in one of the rooms and there were adult bed bugs on the bed. The owner provided a very small accommodation and had cleaning people come to spray the room and we were unable to use the entirety of the trip. There is also no indication of it being next to a day care, so be prepared to have children yelling starting at 6am. Cleaning lady came at 9:30 when check out was at 10. Communication with owner was good but over it was a disappointment to say the least.

Great house for big groups

Tons of sleeping options, great game room at the back side of the house so we didn’t have to hear the kids be kids, awesome kitchen and living room. The attached (but separate) “apartment” was great for the grandparents that came with us because they could remove themselves from the “mayhem” of all of the kid anytime they wanted. The pool, spa, and back patio space were also perfect for what we were looking for. Any time I had a question about the house I would text the owner and they were extremely responsive. Responsive to the point where I thought they were waiting by their phone for my text to come through. If you have your choice narrowed down to two houses, and this is one of them, pick this house…you won’t be disappointed.
