Reservation was great, check in was great. We checked in Friday Oct 27th around 5 pm my family and I. It's my birthday weekend. We get to the unit and unpack and leave, we are out until around 11 pm when we come in for the night. My wife and I head to bed and look in the master closet for extra pillows I find some that appear to be blood stained so I set them out not to be used. When we wake on Saturday I start noticing other bad items. The faucet in the master bath jetted tub was broken. The hot water knob was completely off and the cold water knob was froze up like it was glued on. This was ok also as there was a shower in the bath that we used. After these 2 major complaints to myself of the room I started noticing other bad signs. A cabinet door in the kitchen has a broke hinge and the vinyl wrap was coming off. also the chair in the living room and the slide curtain to the balcony was stained real bad. Finally on Sunday morning at 9 am I called about all the problems, keep in mind we spent very little time in the unit, other than sleeping and showering. They told me that someone would be there that day to fix everything. (NO ONE EVER SHOWED) I called Monday after check out they told me they would get a report from property management about compensating me for their neglect. They never called back. I had to call twice this morning Tues. 31st just to be told I would not be compensated because I waited until Sunday morning to report all the neglect of the unit.
