Very clean room in a very convenient area between Ginza and Shimbashi. The breakfast delivery in the morning is a must, and the snack bar on the 2nd floor is great for drinks and more. Very kind staff with a nice bathroom and good sized room.

Customer service is excellent.
Honest, responsive and helpful team that helped me retrieve my lost items. Cannot thank them enough!

Hotel is located less than 5 minutes away from the main Ginza shopping street but yet its surroundings is quiet due to its strategic location. Hotel is also in walking distance from the Ginza and Shimbashi metro stations.
The service of the staff is also top class; they remember your requests and tries their best to fulfil them for you.
Hotel is also well maintained and very clean. Room size is good with the wet and dry bathroom areas separated.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The nearby Shimbashi station allows transportation anywhere. You can also walk to Ginza for food and shopping. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly. Our favorite things were the morning breakfast and the drink credits.

Right at the end of central shopping street for Ginza, room is clean and comes with a variety of amenities. Lounge had lots of free drinks and snacks which was relevant all day it's open.

Stayed here last year and this year. Very satisfied. I like the size of room. It is spacious and enough for two people. Locations is perfect. Good walking distance from the Shimbashi Station. Family Mart, Don Quijote, and market is available within walking distances. I would love to stay here again once I make a trip to Tokyo, Japan. Highly recommended!

Beautiful spacious room very conveniently located to shop in GINZA. The hotel delivers breakfast to the room alternating between Japanese and western style, neither was very good. The staff were excellent - very helpful, and there were snacks in the lobby.

Room was excellent - clean, big bed, and quiet. Staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. Appreciated the snacks and drinks in the lobby. Good coffee in the morning. Close to restaurants, shopping and walking distance to sightseeing. Took the train from the airport to Tokyo central station and then a short cab ride to the hotel. Make sure you have the hotel name and location in Japanese in case you get a driver who can not read English.
