Hidden Gem is a newly built home in the heart of Seacrest and is everything you'll need for the perfect getaway! Seacrest neighborhood offers amazing shopping, dining, and beautiful views. Take a bike ride through the cobble-stone streets and soak in this beautiful area on 30A. You will find tram stops throughout the neighborhood offering you free transportation to and from the beach along with a world class 12,000 sq community pool. If you are looking for your dream vacation home than look no further.
As you walk in the home you will find a wide-open floor plan with views of the back patio and private heated pool. After a long day at the beach come back and cook your favorite meal in the fully stocked kitchen. This is the perfect place to enjoy time with friends and family with a large kitchen island, a dining table with built in seating, and spacious living area. As you enter the living area you will find plenty of places to kick back and relax with sights of the private back patio. This space offers a gas grill and tons of seating making it easy to enjoy watching your favorite team on the outdoor flatscreen TV while the kids play in the private pool.
There are 4 master bedrooms (yes, 4 master bedrooms) each with a King bed and private bath, and one additional bunk room that has its own bathroom and a set of XL hall bunks. This house is perfect for a multi-family retreat or a family getaway! Come unwind and relax in this beautiful home and go explore all that Seacrest Beach and 30A have to offer.
