Fantastic rental that satisfied all our group's needs. Easy walk to a wonderful section of 30A beach. Huge house with a perfect third floor space (bunk room and hangout area) for the 9 17-18 year old boys in our group. Nice sized bedroom suites (private bathroom for each) for the rest of us. Rare find in terms of actually having enough living space for multiple families or a large group, with two dining room tables, two fridges, two dishwashers, and a ton of room to spread out. The backyard and pool area were wonderful, too. And just a short bike ride to the Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Watersound areas. This was truly a homerun for us for a special fall break trip to 30A with a total of 14 people in tow.
