Great Stay

We had a wonderful time is this beautifully decorated condo. The water could not have been more beautiful. We also enjoyed the close proximity to many great restaurants. Communication was good, and check-in was a breeze.

Great condo Lower Grand Lagoon

Really enjoyed our stay, the unit was nicely decorated, clean, and great location for us (away from pool). We have been staying at Treasure Island for years, this is one of the nicest units we've stayed in. Thanks to Chase for good communication on one minor issue (hope the puppy lessons are a success!).

Nice condo and location

Enjoyed the condo, was in a great location that was less busy than other parts of PCB. Quick access from parking garage to condo, elevators were quick, pool was nice. The condo came with two beach chairs already reserved, that was a nice touch. Highly recommend this condo!

Great property. Very clean, beds comfortable! Only issue was dishwasher had a leak, let manager know and they fixed it. I will definitely reserve this condo again. Suggestion would be a couple of loungers on the balcony!

We truly enjoyed the unit. The ocean view was beautiful. The only thing I would change is the shower head in the master suite. It is not meant for couples. I will definitely rent again!!!

Perfection!

As a regular visitor of PCB, I have stayed at a few properties (normally on Thomas Drive or near,) and this one is my new favorite! The location was perfect and quiet. Assigned parking spaces were a bonus. This particular unit was amazing!!! It was larger than most, light and airy, and well stocked. It wasn’t overly decorated with things to be worried about breaking. Beds/ sofa were oh so comfy. The balcony was just WOW!!! This will be my new place to stay every time I go.

Plan to clean yourself.

This is the first condo i jave ever rented that threatens a higher cleaning fee for sand on floor and fingerprints on glass. I have never had to strip the sheets and start the washer of towels. The stove top is cracked and the rugs are filthy. The washer and dryer are tiny. Everything else was great. There are some changes that need to be made for me to give it a high rating.

Awesome view

The condo was exactly what I expected and more. It was very roomy to be a 2 bedroom. The view was to die for. Always thought the higher the better but this 3rd floor view was awesome. It was like the ocean was at your finger tips. I would most definitely go back.

PERFECT! Beautiful, clean, great location.

Sunset Treasure provided a fabulous vacation. The condo is well appointed with a light airy beachy feel. Everything was clean and inviting. The unit is well stocked with everything you need and the hostesses were delightful and very accommodating. We love this part of the beach, close to lots of restaurants and fun things to do. This will definitely be our new place to stay going forward. Thanks to Chase and Sherry, it was an easy book, entry and stay.

AMAZING😍

This was the absolute best vacation our family has ever had! The condo is absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfect. We had a problem with the internet and cable going out on us but the property manager was on top of it and was able to get it resolved quickly. She even texted me several times to give me updates on the status of it. My whole family agrees that the next time we come to PCB, we definitely want to book this condo!
