Sunbird location for fun in the sun! Beach side or pool side! 🏝

Sunbird 203E is located on the 2nd floor of the East tower. It has one queen bedroom, 1 bathroom with access from bedroom or kitchen. The living room has a queen sofa bed. Our lovely condo has a perfect view of the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf and one of the 3 pools here at Sunbird. In addition to the beautiful beach, there are 3 pools on site, a tennis court, a shuffle board court and a small gym. If this is not enough to keep you busy, there are all the activities
that beautiful Panama City has to offer; golf, kid’s arcades, go-karts, shopping, night clubs,
Ebro Dog track, dining, antiquing in Saint Andrews, and a multitude of concerts, festivals
and special events all year round.
Pools and balcony are closed at this time due to constructions but our beaches are open and beautiful !

Free Wifi is also available in this unit with a secure password for only you to enjoy with the highest speeds offered!
Being situated on S Thomas Dr step out of your elevator, it is literally right next door to Pineapple Willies (Walking distance to), across from the Walmart shopping center as well as Ripley's Believe it or not and the amazing wonderworks!! Play Golf at the Signal Hill which can be seen from the Sunbird as well!!
Gated Security gives you a piece of mind while you stay and there are tennis courts, fitness center, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, three pools (1 heated until April) as well as beach chair access and beach fun rentals at the condos beach area! (Seasonal) The Sunbird also features an onsite Laundry room while you stay!

THERE IS A $26.75 PARKING FEE AND $3.20 PER WRISTBAND FOR USE OF POOLS AND OTHER AMENITIES. YOU MAY PURCHASE WHEN YOU ARRIVE OR YOU CAN MAIL A CHECK OR PAYPAL AND WE WILL PURCHASE FOR YOU TO SAVE YOU TIME WHEN YOU ARRIVE. THESE MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE HOA OFFICE M-SAT. 8:30-4:30, CLOSED SUNDAY.
