Escape to our spacious beach retreat, the perfect destination for families and friends! With room for up to 11 guests, our beautifully designed home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making it an ideal getaway for large groups. Relax in the private pool, take the included 6 seater golf cart to the beach, unwind in the rooftop hot tub, or gather around the propane fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Located in a peaceful neighborhood in West PCB just a short walk from the beach, you’ll enjoy both tranquility and easy access to the sun and surf.

This three-story home is packed with features to ensure your stay is both comfortable and memorable:

- Private Access: Enjoy the entire home and fenced property, providing a safe and secure retreat for your group.
- Spacious Accommodations: With two primary bedrooms, each boasting an en suite bathroom, your comfort is guaranteed. In addition, there are two more bedrooms. In total the house has three full bathrooms and two half baths to accommodate everyone.
- Fun and Entertainment: Dive into the private pool, soak in the ROOF-TOP hot tub, challenge friends to a game of pool, or relax by the propane fire pit. The third-floor roof terrace offers breathtaking views and is perfect for evening gatherings.
-Stream NETFLIX, PEACOCK, APPLE TV, and all of your favorite apps from anywhere in the home! There are 7 smart TVs in total, including all of the bedrooms, on the rooftop, and outside by the pool!
-1GB Super fast Wifi ready for work or play!
-Beach essentials are ready and waiting for you! 8 beach chairs, sand toys, cooler and ice packs are ready for your use.

Our family loves music, and I’ve infused our home with that vibrant energy. Whether you’re enjoying live performances at nearby Pier Park or just relaxing with your favorite tunes, this retreat is designed to enhance your experience.

The Space Breakdown

- Entry: Access your home with a unique code after 4 PM check-in.
- Main Floor (Second Level):
- Kitchen and Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with seating for 12, including four bar stools at the counter and a dining table for eight. Enjoy both K-cup and drip coffee options to kickstart your mornings.
- Living Room: Cozy seating, a 55” Smart TV, and a fold-out queen sofa bed, along with a record player that doubles as a Bluetooth speaker for your listening pleasure.
- We have stocked games, cards, and puzzles perfect for slow mornings or unwinding after a beach day!
- Primary Suite: Features a king bed, desk, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.
- Half Bathroom: Conveniently located off the kitchen.

- Ground Level:
- Additional Primary Suite: Also with a king bed, desk, and an en suite bathroom equipped with a step-free walk-in shower, accessible via the garage.
- Additional Bedrooms: A loft-style room with a twin bed over a queen, plus a third king bedroom, both equipped with Smart TVs.
- Shared Full Bathroom: Features a tub/shower combo for your convenience.
- Laundry Closet: Stacked washer/dryer with laundry essentials and pool towels provided.

- Third Floor Roof Terrace:
- This open-air covered terrace is the ultimate hangout spot and gem of the home, featuring a 55” Smart TV, wet bar, half bathroom, pool table, and a hot tub with seating for six.

Step into your private fenced yard where relaxation and fun await:

- Pool and Entertainment: Swim while watching the outdoor Smart TV or rinse off in the poolside shower.
- Grill and Fire Pit: Cook up a delicious meal on the propane grill and unwind around the fire pit, sharing stories and planning your next adventure.
- Have a friendly round of corn hole or do target practice with our fun axe throwing game for adults and kids to share laughs and make lasting memories.

Guest Access and Amenities

You’ll have complete access to the entire property, including the fenced yard, pool, fire pit, garage, and all the amenities inside.

Golf Cart Info:
Golf Cart is a 6-seat electric golf cart, and is considered street legal. It is allowed on roads where the speed limit is 35 MPH or less.
It is included as a free amenity with the home. However, a waiver is required as well as submitting valid driver's license, auto insurance.
Drivers need to be age 25+. Information about local laws where driving is permitted will be sent upon booking.

Pool Heating Available

For a fee of $40 per night, you can enjoy heated pool temperatures during your stay (when daytime temperatures are above 60 degrees). Please inquire before your visit, so we can ensure the pool is warmed to your liking.

- Our home is strictly non-smoking, and we kindly ask that you respect this policy.
- The rooftop terrace is designed for enjoyment but requires safety precautions; please refrain from leaning over the railing or throwing items.
- Familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy and consider travel insurance for peace of mind.
