Overall great stay

Property was a little smaller than it looked online but the host was great! Easy access to where we wanted to go and comfy space to stay, although the beds were a little on the hard side and there were not tvs in all the bedrooms we give it a 4 out of 5. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and size for large family

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The pools were great. The house was a great size for our family of 7 (including 4 teenagers). The bedrooms were big and beds were nice. It was located about 1 mile from the public access to the ocean and 10 minutes from Pier Park. We had no complaints staying here and would definitely come back.

Wonderful little beach house

Everything you need is available. The hosts are available to answer all questions quickly. I had a wonderful stay and would stay here again. The beach house even had a little dog dish, it was so cute. I highly recommend.

We had a great time in Florida and at this property. There were 3 adults, 2 teens and 2 grade school kids and we were all comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the beach accessories were a great added touch!

The Owners were the best. they called and check on us throughout the stay to make sure we were ok. the home itself was very very clean and the neighborhood was gated and very nice. when I visit PCB again I will most definitely stay here again !!!!!
