Updated, spacious Gulf-front Condo- just steps to the beach!

Beautiful, Gulf-front, 2 bedroom/2.5 bath, 2 story, fully furnished condo located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Perfectly located, Ramsgate is a 66 unit complex, covered parking directly under each unit, gulf-front pool located just steps from the beach. Enjoy the quietness and convenience that a smaller complex has to offer. No waiting on elevators, no long haul to the beach, no inconvenience of having your car parked far away!

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and breath-taking views from either of your 2 private balconies that face the Gulf. One balcony is located in the living/kitchen area on the 1st floor, while the 2nd balcony is located upstairs in the master bedroom. Kitchen is updated with granite countertops and is fully equipped for any cooking that you want to do during your stay!

Condo is ideally located. Winn Dixie and Publix are within a short walk as is Bayou Bill's Crab House. Condo is also minutes to Carillon, where you will find boutique shopping and restaurants. Scenic Highway 30-A is only minutes west of the condo where you will find the well known beaches of South Walton. Rosemary, Seagrove, Seaside, and Watercolor are some of the beach communities that you will find along 30-A. Plenty of boutiques for shopping and some of the best restaurants in the area. If shopping is what you like, don't miss a visit to Silver Sands Outlet in San Destin. Silver Sands Outlet is located a short 30 minutes west of the condo. You can also travel east of the condo and find all of what Panama City Beach has to offer. Variety of restaurants, family fun activities including miniature golf, go-karts, bike rentals, and of course more shopping and restaurants at Pier Park!

We had a great time at the beach. The location was perfect. We were traveling with an 6 month old baby and I emailed the owner 2-3 weeks prior to see if there was an early check in option. He didn’t respond. So, my daughter and her husband made other arrangements so they would arrive right at 4 pm with the baby. Unfortunately the housekeepers didn’t arrive until after 4:30 pm. We were notified by the owner at about 2 pm that they were running behind. We sat on the balcony while they “cleaned”, which only took about 45 minutes. So, as you can imagine, the condo wasn’t very clean. The baby who needed a bottle and a nap, so the additional time outside of the condo wasn’t ideal. The unit was as described, right on the beach with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is no elevator, which wasn’t an issue for us, but you do climb three sets of stairs to get to the unit because of the 1st floor parking. The unit needed some general maintenance. Light bulbs needed to be replaced in several lamps. All of the tvs needed attention as everyone on tv was “green”. The outlet in the master bathroom didn’t work, so I had to use the downstairs half bath for drying and fixing my hair. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was on low and couldn’t be adjusted and the one in the 2nd bedroom was stuck on high. We bought a “box fan” which helped.

Great spot

There were no major cons to this property/location. Pros:Location- beach was never crowded, no loud cars or crowds at night. Perfect for a family get away.Beach access- easy beach access just a short walk.Bedrooms upstairs- washing machine, dryer and living area downstairs allows for some folks to sleep while others are awake and allows for people to get up early without waking others.Pool- The deepest the pool gets is 4.5ft which is great for families with small kids. Both of ours were able to have access to the entire pool while standing on two feet.Beds- Beds were comfy albeit a bit creaky.Cons:Most of these are cosmetic that could be easily remedied:Main shower drain was quite gross, my first shower it did not drain appropriately. A few rounds of boiling water down the drain prevented further draining issues for the week.The dishwasher was full (it is my opinion dishes should be clean and put up for incoming guests).Limited supplies- no trash bags, only a few rolls of TP and one roll of paper towels. For almost 3k for the week, I feel more basic supplies should be provided.In one spot of the living room there were hand prints on the wall.We typically do not watch tv much on vacation but none of the tv's worked appropriately which worked out just fine as it further limited our tv consumption, which I'm fine with.No smoke detectors?Main bedroom floor was very creaky, making it difficult to leave the room without waking my wife.Great stay overall.

We really enjoyed our stay. Tbis was our 3rd summer in a row just different condo. We have been trying to find the perfect one for us. Theres 4 of us but we travel with 2-3 other families. The condo was good but needed a few things. Some outlets didn't work (living room & master barh), there was a burner missing on the stove, there were tiny black bugs on the counters and floor in master bedroom made loud noise when you walked across the room. The upstair besides the floor noise and outlet was very nice and clean. The down stairs needed updating and cleaned a little better. Location of room was great. Price was good. Communication with owner was great until after we arrived. Then i emailed his secretary that had sent us check in information and never heard from anyone again.

Family Vacation

We had a nice stay at the condo. Simple condo with all you need for a beach trip. The condos location on the property is right by the pool, ideal for family with kids. Easy to run up to condo to grab something quick. The grocery store are super close and easy. Overall good condo to stay.

Property owner was very helpful. Furniture & appliances dated, needs attention. Some minor repairs are needed. But all in all it is an on the beach condo and it was what we were looking for. Location was good and quiet. Pool area was good and clean. Enjoyed our time.

Mostly nice place

The unit is up two flights of stairs with no elevator. Then inside, the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. Walking was not bad but hauling luggage & groceries was tough. The master bathroom only had one dual outlet that didn’t work. The tub in the other full bath did not drain well. The beach access was a short walk and the pool was nice and clean.
