Sleeping arrangements
With four bedrooms and a variety of sleeping options, the home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. The third floor is the main bedroom level, featuring a queen + twin bunk room, a king bedroom, and a queen ensuite with a clawfoot tub/shower. All bedrooms on this floor have direct access to the wraparound balcony. The fourth floor is a private suite with a queen bed and a large sectional that can sleep two more guests, perfect for those seeking extra privacy. The first floor offers additional sleeping options with two curtained twin beds, a twin trundle, and three oversized twin pullouts—ideal for teens and young adults.

Kitchen & dining
The main living area on the second floor features a fully stocked kitchen with a walk-in pantry, spacious dining area, and a wraparound porch with swing and seating nooks overlooking the pool.
