Easy Beach Access, Great Screen Porch & Beach Views, Loft ~ Sharkey's

Convenient, close to the beach and a great value!!  This comfortably furnished and decorated home is 2 bedrooms plus a loft and 2 bathrooms.  Only 136 steps from the beautiful Cape San Blas beaches, you're in a short walk for what we call a little slice of heaven.  This property is located midway down the peninsula near The Trading Post where you can enjoy fresh donuts every morning.  Or enjoy your vacation by hopping on the bike trail and riding to the award-winning St. Joseph Peninsula State Park in one direction or Salinas Park to enjoy a game of sand volleyball in the other direction.  Cape San Blas and Sea Horse or perfect year-round and waiting for your arrival.

Floor Plan: Ground level: Laundry room, garage, and the outdoor shower that gave the property its name. First Level: Dining Room, kitchen, living room with TV, VCR, DVD, stereo and limited gulf view; master bedroom with a king size bed, a 20" TV and full bath; and Bedroom 2-queen bed with full bath. Second Level: Large loft area with a double bed and 2 twin size beds.

Wonderfully beach themed vacation get away

The shark theme of this house was perfect and set the tone for such a fun vacation for my family. We enjoyed all of the themed elements, from the shark tiles, to the outdoor shower, signs, etc. Couldn't have picked a better location for the stay. About 100yards to the beach, the Trading Post was within walking distance which was wonderful. Traveling with a family can be stressful and to know that a store was so close that carries almost anything we could end up needing was a relief. The house was more than big enough for our needs.

This is a great location in Cape San blas. Super close to the only store and next to the ice cream shop/ donut shop. Very close to the beach. ( 2 min walk) Our family enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

The property was in a great location and the check-in and out process was incredibly simple. The place was dated but adequately equipped. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, and the communication with the property managers was non-existent. I used their portal with a question about where to go with trash since the outside bin was filled to overflowing when we arrived. I also left a voicemail message. Neither was ever returned.

The house was perfect in every way! Just as described. We had no worries at all during our stay. The place was set up for visitors and very well cleaned. Our family brought bikes and rented some. Wonderful area.

Plenty of room for 6-7 adults, especially in the common areas. The screened in porch added an extra benefits as our stay included lots of rainy weather. Very short walk to the beach. Overall, very enjoyable place and location, would rent this place again.

We loved Sea Horse

This place has a very spacious living area. The kitchen and bathroom countertops have been updated since the last time pictures were taken. We loved the screened in porch and the short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this Beach house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape San Blas.

The unit is pet friendly. .needs some simply fixes..yard was really a strip of grass.Beach was close but the stair axcess was steep.Units are very close together. .so you will hear other dogs.

Perfect location! Loved the property, very bright and beachy!

Perfect location! We were able to walk right over the dunes and be at the water. With little ones it was nice to be able to come back to the property throughout the day. Loved everything about he property. The colors where bright, happy and beachy! The screened it porch was awesome and the little ones loved the hammock swings. The Sea Horse was everything we needed and more!
