I will start with the positives. The staff is amazing! Super nice and polite and will help you and answer any questions you have. The price for the hotel is also amazing. The AC worked amazingly and we had it at the lowest temperature all 5 days we were there. The property on the other hand is nothing the like the pictures. The property is old, smells musty, like mildew and mold. IT SMELLS HORRIBLE. The incense and air purifiers they use do not mask the smell but blend in with the mildew smell. The rooms do not have any refrigerators or microwaves ! Me and my partner were wondering why? Because we wanted to have cold drinks or take leftovers. Well, we soon found out why!! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. GERMAN COCKROACHES! When we first discovered them we did not realize the extent of the infestation so we asked for a different room. They gave us a different room the following day no questions asked. However, it only took a few hours to realize this room had more. We decided to stay because all of our tours were all day tours and we would not be at the hotel at all. Additionally the tours already had our pick up address. They are everywhere. My partner even found one in his shoe and on the bed. We made sure to always keep the lights on even to sleep and have the AC at the lowest temperature. We put everything on on the table shoes and luggage and everything zipped up at all times. Nothing touched the floor other than our feet with sandals on. And NO FOOD OR SUGARY DRINKS !!!!

I have stayed twice and definitely recommend getting the breakfast included! Everything was great just a few maintenance aesthetics that need to be updated and taken care of in rooms with outdated furniture and some interior damages. Otherwise it’s in a great location and will definitely stay again!

Repeat customer - stayed many times in the hotel. Obviously I like it. Not a 4 star, but fair price. Buffet breakfast is ok, Pool is nice, only 1 TV channel in English, Internet is very good. Also a good central location.

Tuve una parada inesperada en Panamá, y realicé reserva, sin pago en ese momento, en este hotel a las 6pm. Al llegar en la recepción todo estuvo bien, realicé pago con tarjeta. En la habitacion (314) el aire acondicionado sonaba terriblemente fuerte, la televisión estaba dañada, solo estaba el hueco de la caja fuerte, la ducha no se cerraba bien y la mayoria del agua salía hacia la bañera, la alfombra era vieja y se la veía sucia. El personal en general fue amable.

The hotel was horrible it had mold all over was very smelly had to call each night for air freshener they wouldn’t change the room the toilet made a loud noise when flushing the tv didn’t work the bath in the shower was sinking and rusty the hotel is in a good location it’s just poorly maintained please do not book it’s not worth it I was ready to leave on my first night I had to buy my own sheets and the carpet is very dirty and smelly the pool needs better maintenance they literally use a hose to refill the pool it’s just not the best place to spend any form of vacation or celebration.
