This is THE place to stay in Panama City... it's location, friendly accommodating staff, and the amenities are fantastic. The rooms were wonderful, clean and bright. We tried Tauro (steakhouse) and the Bazaar - they were both delicious and the service excellent. We literally partied like rock stars at their rooftop restaurant, and at the wonderful outdoor infinity pool as well. We will definitely be returning!

Let’s start with it was during COVID-19. The hotel is nice but could use some spring cleaning and a few spruce ups. The room floors were not that clean, my white socks turned grey. The food was mediocre in all the restaurants except Taurus. The steak there was delicious. The drinks were good for a good price. The casino is laughable. It is really small. The attached mall is cute but not that exciting. Go to the Albrook or Multiplaza mall. The pool was nice but they closed it and there was absolutely nothing to do after that. So we went to the empty mall (COVID-19). When we got back they had a opened the pool back up! But no food at the poolside only room service because of COVID-19. When we were checking out the bellhop tried to grab my bag from me so I would have to tip him! He tried but failed!

Esta muy descuidado. No servian las cerraduras electrónicas de las puertas de los cuartos. No funcionaba la caja fuerte del cuarto. Tenían problemas técnicos con las lineas de teléfono. En general le hace falta un buen mantenimiento al establecimiento.

Great service. Housekeeping thorough. The 24hr operator seemed to disappear after 3am. But once the staff were located they gave the direct number to in room dinning. The phone buttons for the departments did not work. So every call went through the operator. So suggest u ask forcthe specific department phone numbers at checkin. Provents later frustration. They could not extend days that an independent travel agent booked. But would allow booking with that agent and keep same rooms. A little odd but it worked out no room changes except mine. Had family coming and leaving at different dates. All in all. Very happy with my stay.

Love the hard rock theme and atmosphere. It seemed restaurants had very few customers. Tours offered by concierge were quite expensive. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
