This suite had gorgeous views and discounts at Poin and restaurants within the building. Centrally located. Getting in the building is tricky, but there’s always someone around to help. The room could have been cleaner. Food products were on the door, hair stuck to doors, and ants. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Beautiful views! Eynar was very responsive. We had a brief issue with low water pressure but Eynar investigated and informed us a bad water pump was being repaired in the building. It was fixed within a few hours.

Our host was very friendly and spoke english which was good for us Canadiens. There are security guards everywhere so you feel very safe. We had some issues getting into the building, language barrier and me being technically challenged. The room was on the 36th floor. Awesome views, and had everything we needed. The restaurants gym and pool were great! We did find the room noisy. The windows are just single pane, and don't seal that well. So we had some wind noise and the zip line went past just overhead. Einar was great and a responsive host. I would probably stay there again.

Amazing stay! The view from the 37th floor was incredible — you can even watch the zip line pass right in front of the window. The place was super clean, nicely cooled, and the bed was really comfy. Loved having a big TV with streaming access for relaxing at night. The building itself felt safe and well-kept, with staff and security always around. The location on Avenida Balboa was perfect — beautiful area and super easy to grab an Uber anywhere. I’d definitely stay here again and totally recommend it!

Top floor views of Panama ity
Our stay was a fun introduction to Panama City. We did indeed have a beautiful ocean view, plus a great view of the roof-top zip line on this building! The accommodations were very comfortable (though compact). We enjoyed a meal and drinks at one of the rooftop restaurants, just one floor above us, which was very convenient. Getting into the building and up to our floor was a little tricky, but no more than you’d expect in any secure building in an urban setting. Recommended.

Excellent Apartment in an Excellent Building
Can’t recommend this property enough. I was only here for a 24-hour layover and was pleasantly surprised with just how much I was able to see of Panama City in one day. Everyone is very friendly, the accommodations are clean and comfortable, and the views and offers at Poin are one of a kind.

Property is Exactly like it is shown!
This property was exactly what the pictures showed it to be, absolutely represented accurately. The unit is on the 36 floor. There are two roof top bars with really great views and really great food. There is also a restaurant on the pool level, floor 8. Staff is all very good, friendly, helpful, great!
Eynar is absolutely fantastic and responds immediately, no matter the time. The building is clean and very safe.
