The condo was very clean & the views are amazing! I've seen comments abt the elevators being an issue but they were fast & fine the 5 days we were there! We will definitely keep this in mind when we are planning our next trip!

This condo was great! Very spacious and a huge balcony! The only issue was during check in I hadn't realized I was supposed to pre register so I had to pay a little more on the resort fee, but that was my fault for not paying attention. Also, the air went out the first night and the host was amazing about it and sent someone to fix it the very next morning. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was majority friendly. There was a smell thru out the main corridors of the hotel that was not very pleasant. The room was nice for the price. The elevator situation is horrendous! There are several elevator banks, but some were out of service. The wait times during peak times (I.e. check in check out, dinner times) were at least 10-30 mins to get on the elevator. Overall I’d give our experience 3.5-4 stars out of 5 mainly taking off for the smell and the elevator.

First off, Maxim the host is outstanding. Great communication and highly responsive. The condo is awesome. The unit itself is well apportioned, clean and in a great location. The Tidewater is truly one of the best resorts down there. Their amenities are too notch. The elevators suck....as you will hear many other guests confirm. But, my family has been going down ti PCB for summer vacation every other year for almost 2 decades and every single high rise complex have slow elevators. Its just a issue you have to schedule around.Could not recommend this host and this unit more.

The long balcony and view by itself is worth the money! The room is clean, modern, and liked that its down a little hallway by itself (not next to noisy hallways). Loved the large balcony doors letting a lot of natural light through and let's not forget the king bed (so comfy). You could not ask for better communication with a host!

The room was great! The only issue we have was with the elevators!! All of them. They didn’t work have the time and so many people would pile on because they was tired of waiting. We were on the 23rd floor so you can only imagine the amount of people waiting.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The view was absolutely amazing and the condo was well furnished. Only giving 4/5 stars because our first night we had some issues with getting the AC to work properly but it did eventually start working and cooling the condo. Overall, would definitely recommend. The host made sure we had everything we needed.

This condo was gorgeous! Our kids having a separate full bathroom of their own was amazing. Beautiful balcony with full beach views! Private washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus to keep my daughter’s uniforms clean. Would absolutely stay here again!
