Spread across four levels with elevator access, Beach Therapy offers both space and privacy. Two king master suites feature spa-style bathrooms with soaking tubs and marble showers. A custom-built bunk room sleeps up to eight and includes individual built-in TVs for each bed. All bedrooms feature blackout drapes, Euro-plush mattresses, and smart TVs.

Parking
This home includes three designated parking spaces total.
The HOA strictly enforces parking rules—violations may result in towing at the guest's expense.
Overflow parking is not available anywhere nearby.

Reservation & Booking Policies
The cancelation policy and terms in the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement override those from third-party booking sites (VRBO, HomeAway, VacationRentals.com).
We cannot reimburse third-party booking service fees.
We do not offer a 100% refund once a booking is processed. A 5% cancelation fee applies to all cancelations.

No Pets Allowed (except certified service animals with advance notice and documentation)

50% deposit due at booking
Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival
Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% deposit is fully refundable when cancelation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival
