Tropic Winds #1705, is located on the 17th floor in Tropic Winds condominium resort in the desirable, quiet west-end location at Panama City Beach. Upon entering, you will be taken by the immediate view of the water, the comfortable décor of this beach rental and the open floor plan.
Tropic Winds is located directly on the beach in the most sought after, quiet, peaceful and serene west end. Tropic Winds is only two miles from the incredible new shopping, dining and entertainment venue, Pier Park, it is a 'world away' from the crowds, noise, incredibly dense beach population. There are no other high rise condos next door and this makes a world of difference when heading to the beach.
PARKING: Reserved, exclusive use, parking makes parking a breeze! Two dedicated parking spots come with this condo. The first vehicle is free. An additional vehicle, using the second parking space, is charged a $40 parking fee per the HOA. During Spring Break and Summer, please limit the number of vehicles to no more than two.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

* The private balcony is among the largest in the area at 286 square feet. The balcony has seating and a dining table for your comfort. You can sit and enjoy your meals or have a cup of morning coffee and listen to the sounds of the beach and view amazing wildlife including dolphins, stingrays, pelicans and much more.
