「There was a problem with our reservation as apparently hotels.com bookings do not transfer over to the hotels system and therefore they had no record of our booking. This meant that they did not have the rooms that we had booked available. The hotel owner/manager was very helpful in finding us different rooms but these were not what had been reserved and meant that we had to separate family members which was not ideal for a week. Tout est parfait, la location, les repas, le staff et mention spécial au propriétaire qui nous a donnait pleins de conseils, d’endroit à tester, il nous a arrangeait un safari, le transport et … nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons changer nos plans pour y revenir durant notre séjour. La location est parfait à 2mn en scooter de tout, en étant dans un endroit calme avec piscine et en bord de mère. Encore merci pour tout. 」

「Rustic hotel accommodation right on beach, 10 minute drive out of Arugam Bay. Tuk Tuk accessible. Basic accommodation with wifi only in verandah of our unit (11), and in dining area. Lovely atmosphere and staff are very accommodating and friendly. Loved their Sri Lankan meals. It’s not 5 star hotel but the staff make up for it. 」
