「Excelente opción Green Friendly / ecológica. Con sus propios paneles solares, cultivos y propiedad con mucho verde lograron sorprenderme gratamente. El desayuno es simplemente delicioso, fresco y muy bien pensado. El área de comidas es excelente, rodeada de naturaleza y muy bien pensada. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen vistas preciosas, aire acondicionado funcional y agua caliente deliciosa. Sinceramente recomendaría el lugar y sin duda volvería a quedarme. 」

「No tienen colchones las camas son espumas super duras al igual que las almohadas, y las sabanas manchada y rota. hay que caminar 10 mn a la recepción con maletas porque no hay forma de llegar a la recepción con carro al menos para descargar. La comida deja mucho que desear por el precio, En el desayuno, el cafe negro porque no habia leche desde el dia anterior. (Terrible) Tampoco habia elección. Lastima hotel bonito , agradable y muy natural. Pero muy mala administrqcion. 」

「The rooms have a sour basement odor, the refrigerator leaks. The water was cold, the tub doubled as the shower and it was not clean.... the bed was hard the furniture was cheap. The TV speaker was blown so it rattled. The best thing they have going is the lobby and the breakfast. The pool is beautiful and well kept. The staff was helpful. But this hotel needs upgrades BAD!」

「Staff definitely needs training. Sara Martinez from the reception took almost 20 min to check me in, because apparently she couldn't find my Expedia reservation. She also helped multiple customers over the phone and in-person while I stood in front of her. I was in town for business and needed internet connection - and it sucked! Jesus from maintenance helped me, and after a couple of HOURS I could actually work on emails and calls. Food is super overpriced and bad! The only positive thing about...

「Al hotel le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento, las cosas se ven mal y desgastadas, el baño estaba roto, la cortina se rompió estando ahí, los muebles se ven gastados. La puerta del cuarto está pelada. Hace falta mantenimiento esto daña la experiencia. 」

「A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay. 」

「Facilities were ok, shower water pressure was very poor, no bottled water in room, restaurant was not plant based customer friendly at all, the light in the room was very soft and made impossible to read or work. No bellboy so be prepared to move your luggage yourself. Staff was very helpful and attentive.」
