"I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the lack of acoustic silence between rooms and also room doors. I could hear the lavatory being f lushed on both sides of my room. And every room door buzz as people accessed their rooms in the hallway outside. Spa was ok, breakfast buffet standard. "

"The apartment accommodated all of us on the trip but we would have struggled if we hadn’t lost two people (1 adult, 1 child). We felt that the listing description we viewed at the time of booking was inaccurate. It was not clear to us that one set of bunks would be in a corridor with no ability to close it off to the public area above or that there were no windows direct to the outside in any of the bedrooms. As someone who can feel extremely claustrophobic the full blackness and lack of air was very stressful. We had two children with us and in the bunk room with a door (but no glass over the door so it still remained open) there were exposed copper wires which we covered with some construction tape we found in a bag of tools on the balcony. The kitchen wasn’t that well equipped - the knives were blunt, there was no roasting tray so the oven was impossible to use. Probably a good thing as there was also no oven gloves or tea towel. We also arrived relatively late in the day and there was only half a roll of loo roll left. We were three females (due to be five) - I consider this unacceptable. The flat is extremely close to the slopes so the location was excellent and the views from the terrace lovely. "

"This is a solid 3 star hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is slopeside with ski in/out. Ski rental on site is a plus. However, rooms are basic and mine had no closet. There is an additional daily charge per person for pool and spa use."

"We had an amazing stay at this ski-in/ski-out place. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—being able to step right onto the slopes made the whole trip so much more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The owners were very responsive from initial enquiries to checking out. It’s hard to find 2 bed properties in Cervinia that are spacious. This was a rare find with fabulous views. Genuine ski in/out via the lower end of a red run, for us the location was perfect. It is at the top end of a steep hill. Roughly 20 mins walk downhill to lots of restaurants and bars. There are a view 5 mins from the apartment. We walked in and back every evening but the walk back up isn’t for the faint hearted, mainly because of the altitude. There are taxis if you plan ahead, or simply drive in. The owners recommendations for ski hire and restaurants was spot on and overall we had a fantastic week. "

"Two twin bedrooms were OK. One bunkbed room has a window for fresh air, the other one was an inside bunkbed room without fresh etc.The location was good, but the way to the centre was steep for walking. The dining table area is rather small if you stay with 8 people."

"The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid."

"Great apartment with a fantastic vue from the balcony to the Matterhorn. Right across the street from the main ski lift! And there is a public parking lot next to it. Location was a 11/10! Plenty of restaurants within minutes from apartment. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Highly recommend it!"
