「personale cortese ma poco chiaro nelle informazioni; arredi vetusti; colazione discreta」

「Front desk staff was unprofessional and frankly a little rude during the check out process. Gave us unsolicited advice and complained about not having enough hands to take care of our checkout. 」

「Nytt, pent og hyggelig innehaver.」

「Amazing 」

「Being here feels like home!!」

「the room itself was alright but the staff was not very helpful. We stayed for one night and the day we arrived no one was at the front desk even though it was supposed to be open so I waited for 25 minutes before someone finally came. We gave them our ID’s to take photos and paid the city tax. The next day when checking out, the same lady tried to convince me that we had not yet paid the city tax and when I said I had she said “you must have paid my boss” and I had to explain that I paid her...

「A superb location with great views and super friendly service, thank you.」

「Amazing view of Matterhorn from window, Away from hustle and bustle of Main Street, quiet and nice.」
