Extremely dissatisfied with my stay at Holiday Inn. The rooms were unclean, with hair scattered on the floor and table. Despite requesting a room change, they only offered to clean it, but no one came. Additionally, the restroom lacked toilet paper. Falls short of Holiday Inn’s usual standards.

The property was in a remote location outside the central business district, which was nice. However, it was not convenient for me since I reliant on other people for transportation. After spending the one night at the hotel, I decided to leave, however the hotel did not refund any money. The condition of the room was not good. The bed spread was torn, hand towels were not supplied and I had a cold shower. There wasn't any hot water. I booked the hotel through Expedia and was charged for the entire stay (3 days). The hotel said that it was a non-refundable room reservation. This hotel is not at Holiday Inn standards and I would highly recommend NOT staying here if you can avoid it. Not a good place to stay. Avoid it at all cost.

The staff is very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good, better than most five stars. However, all breaks down when it comes to the rooms. The rooms are old and not well kept. The drop down curtains in the bathroom were not cleaned and looked horribly dirty when looked at in the room. The furniture is old and not well kept. We had two rooms and both smelled of dampness. We booked pool view room but the pool of the hotel is not visible from there instead there is a pool outside of the property which is visible but was also dry when we visited. Hot water in the shower did not work for one of our rooms. Overall not satisfied with cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Was expecting certain level of standard from the Holiday Inn brand.

Looks can be deceiving
Me and my family had a terrible stay at this hotel. We got off the plane from the uk in Delhi looking forward to getting some rest at this hotel before going to scatter my dads ashes. Unfortunately we we left very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. We had 4 rooms booked and none of them were up to standard with things not working in all the rooms, we had to call maintenance a number of times. The cleanliness was to up to standard either. The only good thing thing about this hotel was the food and the restaurant staff. The rest was just awful. Looks can be deceiving, just because something looks nice on the outside does not mean it will be that way on the inside. I would never use this hotel again.

We were so wet from the sight seeing. Could not dry ourselves properly. When asked for dry towels it took 1 hour. There seemed to be staff short fall. No coffee, or tea in the room to make a hot drink. Room was dark with no adequate lights

The staff is very helpful but what disappointed me is the cleanliness. The hallway to our room was so dirty that it seemed that it has not been vacumed for months. The overall haosekeeping was poor. During this pandemic times hygine is the top priority and this hotel is no where to meet even a 1 star hotel standards.

This is my second visit to this property and I stay here due to obligations rather than choice. There were many issues with the room this visit as well. Check in Apr 11 - Check out Apr 12. (IST), Rm 305. 1. Phone not working so could not order room service. Maintenance spent an hour and could not fix it. 2. The trash cans are filthy and stained. 3. Dental kit was used and missing the toothbrush. No hand towels, face towels, and scrubs. 4. No table lamp for work and had to use full room lights. 5. One towel was stained. 6. No ironing board and iron, and the shoe shine pack was open and used. I can go on, but you get the idea...

I would not recommend this property to any body, even the breakfast was pathetic and hotel staff feel that people eating breakfast are doing so for free and the atmosphere was like a free wedding breakfast. none of the stewards or servers were keen on serving the customer. overall miserable is a mild word to explain the experience

The property is not so well maintained and service is not upto the mark as they seem to operate with limited staff only. But whatever staff they operate, they are all courteous and deserve appreciation. The food is good and variety is available during breakfast. It is located in off market place with no public transportation available. You need to have your full time transport to commute. But it is located next to golf course and rooms facing golf course have very good views.

It was just below average as per the standards of a Five star hotel. No swimming pool, terrace, lawn or any open area where the guests can chill & relax. Felt like we were caught in an air tight compartment. Even if we took the basic deal, they should have provided the details that it's not their POLICY to serve welcome drinks. They boast of having a swimming pool which was not functional. We could get a better deal in some Three star hotel. The menu of breakfast buffet was too basic.

It's a on paper 4 star property. In reality far away from same. Dinner buffet had total 4 dishes. Breakfast was not at all good with no cleanliness standards. Rooms are becoming very old and needs renovation. Won't recommend any one to stay if you are looking for a 4 star experience

The hotel is not well maintained. The mattress was quite pathetic and sheet caused my skin to rash. That's quite pathetic for a hotel of this prestige. The breakfast was amazing. Also, the hotel is quite in the midst of nothing so you won't even easily get ola or uber.

The hotel is well equipped with facilities and the service was quite fast. The washroom had a couple of leak issues (because the shower door was not properly sealed, causing a lot of water to spill out onto the floor of the washroom outside the vestibule), but the room had a nice view and ambient lighting. They provided both firm and soft pillows, which was a good touch. Another issue was with check-in, because Expedia asks whether you want a smoking or non-smoking room, but the entire hotel is non-smoking. So that was a bit of a throw. Service wise, Surbhi at the front desk was really nice and always smiling, and Girish in F&B was really helpful during breakfast servings, paying attention to the table at all times and helping improve the stay. The cleanliness and sanitization of the hotel was adept and they have hand sanitizers throughout the public spaces. The property is located a little outside of the town though, so that causes some delays in Uber/Ola usages, but not much to worry about. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I’d gladly do it again!

If you want to experience the worst customer service, come visit Holiday Inn. Stayed here in February because JW Marriott was sold out. Paid with my Expedia points but hotel charged my Credit Card (thankfully I check my transactions). Through several calls and emails, hotel apologized and told me they will refund my money but it’s been 5 months since I have been calling and emailing them and every single time they have an excuse for not being able to process the refund. Sometimes it’s their bank issue and sometimes it’s the management or staff. Till date there has been no refund by this FRAUD hotel. So if you ever feel like getting ripped off, this is the place to come. Will be filing a Consumer Complaint through legal channels.

Great staff...but needs better maintenance
Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for a work trip. The room was comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. The staff at the hotel are great. In room dining was delicious. Internet worked well. The room was clean but you had to ask for housekeeping each day or they would not come. Next the carpets in the hallway were very dirty. Glitter, dust, hair, dirt everywhere which makes you doubt how clean the rest of the place is. A lot of people seem to have weddings and special events there so it is hard to get rest with drunk people talking in the halls until 2 am on Saturday and Sunday night. The weddings and special events could also account for the dirty hallways...and glitter everywhere. Did not make the best impression but the room was fine.
