「Nice and clean. The owner is easy to talk to thru messages and the caretaker is very friendly and helpful. The only concern is the road leading to the property, it has a rough road. 」

「Nice studio appartement, clean, easy to get a taxi, a few good restaurants nearby. And fairly close to parks such as Burnham Park Dragon Castle and Igorot Stone Kingdom. Good communication from the host. I would stay there again! 」

「We came and they did not accommodate us. The caretaker and the owner’s son plus another lady who lives there all said that they have withdrawn this property at VRBO. I showed my confirmed reservation but they all said to take it up with VRBO. We panicked and looked for another place at Expedia for the same dates Jan 1-3. What is going on? I couldn’t file a complaint that night because the new place I got had no WiFi service. At least we got a place to stay last minute during peak season.」
