Conveniently located next to one of the most popular boat accesses (Dripping Springs) on the Little Red River and just a short drive to Greer's Ferry Lake. Dripping Springs Retreat will comfortably sleep 8 people in 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Blazing fast Starlink internet and multiple Smart TVs will allow you to remain connected during your stay.

Easy boat access and private dock make this property a fisherman's perfect vacation spot! The world record brown trout (40l lbs., 4 oz.) was caught on the Little Red River in 1992, a record which stood until it was surpassed in 2009.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend here. We loved that we were able to bond at an amazing place! We usually come once a year and this has been our favorite place! We loved how much space there was in the living room! We were all able to be comfortable. Our 3 dogs also enjoyed the stay! This place had everything we needed! My brothers loved fishing on the Little Red River. We will definitely come back again!

Very clean house with well equipped large kitchen. Plenty of seating in living area. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed river fishing in this area and it was great having a launching ramp so close and personal dock for boat and kayaks. Loved that it was a dog friendly house and had their own towels and sheets provided. Host, Joey was kind, always accessible by phone and helpful with any questions.

No trouble checking in at all. Very easy process. Kichen facilities were great. Salt, pepper, coffee, cooking oil; everything yo get started without having to go to the store.
Beautiful home. Even though the fur babies didn't come like we had planned, the house was ready for them.
There's nothing like waking up and walking out on the deck to see water. Loved it!

It was the perfect place for a getaway. The house was beautiful and the location was nice and quiet. We have stayed several places in the little red river and this is our favorite. We will definitely go back!
