「The service is warm, attentive and engaged; everywhere you go, you’re greeted with the same open smile. 」

「The staffs were all accommodating, friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed throughout the 4 days 3 nights stay. The waterpark experience was so pleasant, the lifeguard was very attentive. The breakfast selection was variety and the taste satisfied our tastebuds. The island hopping activity is a must try! Sea Mosses staffs were very good in coordinating the trip.」

「The rooms are very noisy, especially the ones that face the street. It will be hard to get a good night's sleep here. The balcony was not cleaned and had ashes. The bed board had weird smears on it. Overall, it's okay, but noisy and requires a proper clean for rooms. The front desk staff were pleasant.」

「Lite enklare rum men ligger fint till med närhet till fin strand. Väldigt god frukost och trevliga och hjälpsamma värdar/ägare. Kan verkligen rekommendera. 」

「The room do not have ocean view and refrigerator. The bath towel was extremely smelly and we have requested to change it. 」

「床單有霉斑未清潔乾淨說」

「Very good」

「Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers. Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There...

「Receptionist Amy was helpful during checkin. Not much changed since my last stay in March 2026. Tried hotel restaurant char kway tiow on 1st night but the dish was terrible and reported to the cashier lady.」

「The location is great and convenient. However, since the hotel is facing the main street, it may be noisy during the night when vehicles pass by.」

「Almost everything was perfect except bathroom amenities. We usually find bar soap and shampoo in almost wherever we stayed. We had two rooms and none of them had it. Although it is really small thing but makes a big difference. Otherwise I would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit pangkor island. Very close to the ferry.」

「THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD BY THEIR FAMILY, FATHER MOTHER EVEN SON. THEY ARE VERY RUDE.」

「Friendly n kind staffs,, good enough room. There are stores n food just in village, good for a easy tour. Thanks」
