這只能稱作是Motel only，即使是暑假旺季，住房率連一半都沒有。 經營者像是一家人，印度老夫妻以及兒子，態度都不好。早餐的時間短，好多旅客錯過了，來到餐廳問他們也不會幫忙。這家在公路旁，要找到別的用餐或購物的地方，要開15分鐘的快車。很荒涼。

This hotel really disappointed me. I must say it’s probably one of the more affordable options around Bryce Canyon, but I just want to give an honest account of our stay. When we checked in at 3:30pm, the lobby had a very pungent smell, and it was there all 3 days. There was no one manning the desk but there was a child and woman back there who had to call who I’m assuming is their husband to come and check us in. That took about 5 mins of standing around waiting. When we got to our room, it had a sticky substance all over our headboard, which I first noticed when my head leaned on it… gross. I imagine it was un-wiped cleaning product, but still, disgusting. There was also a sticky spot on the carpet, which was nasty stepping on with a bare feet or socks. My biggest complaint though is that they advertise they have free wifi, and I am not exaggerating when I say this is the worst wifi I’ve ever experienced. It couldn’t even load the google homepage in under 3 minutes. Why advertise you have wifi if it doesn’t work? The entire 3 days, morning, noon, and night, the wifi acted like this. Looking at other reviews, this wasn’t a new problem. And lastly, the breakfast was fine, but the coffee was so watery. Im not even a coffee snob, but this stuff was see through even after you add cream or milk. So cloudy, barely any grinds. I imagine they’re re-using grinds because that’s what it looked and tasted like. Overall, I would not recommend someone stay here, and I won’t be returnin

Overall the room is good and comfortable, breakfast is good as well. The food in the restaurant there is terrible. I would choose to order take-out rather than eating in the restaurant.

The. Moment he handed me back my credit card for payment he announced there is no access to the internet for the last 3 days and he is working on it. Days passed till we checked out after 3 nights of stay and still no internet. I realized then that he was lying about working on it .

Very average place to stay! Don’t listen to negative reviews. Place was clean, affordable, and convenient to Bryce Canyon. Was it fancy? No. It’s outdated and breakfast was average. But definitely not a bad place to stay on a budget.

Excellent room and breakfast. Easy drive to Bryce Canyon. Only negative is at the restaurant-the owner was quite pushy…but good food.

This property should be removed from Expedia. Pictures do not depict how bad and unsafe this property is. Outside steps to get to second floor are rooting and unsafe. Property is filthy!!!! We didn’t stay. I am going to request a refund

Schönes Motel im Westen Style. Preis Leistung super. Netter Empfang, Zimmer sauber mit Ausnahme der Dusche. Frühstück war gut (Kaffee, Saft, Joghurt, Müsli, Eier mit Würstchen, Toast und frische Waffeln). Lage nur 20 Minuten vom Bryce Canyon super.

For a rustic style hotel that is essentially out in the middle of nowhere, this was a relatively nice Quality Inn. Unfortunately, the password protected Wi-Fi network didn't function at all and the open guest network was too slow to be usable. The coffee urn in the lobby was empty. The air conditioning / heating unit in the room was too far away to be of any real use unless you set it at extreme temperatures. Nonetheless, I would probably consider returning if I ever have to stay in that area again.

The room was comfortable and clean. Quiet area. Breakfast was very average. Area on and around property was not at all inviting or relaxing outside. It’s just a place to sleep. Nice, bed and linens. The shower needed a shelf to put the soap and shampoo otherwise that was nice enough. Separate sink from toilet and shower which is nice. Good refrigerator with freezer compartment

The shower handle was broken. There was no tray or holder for shampoo or soap. The fan in the a/c sounded like it was going to fly off. Very noisy. One of the top 5 worst places ive ever stayed in.

Unfortunately, this was the worst Quality Inn that we’ve ever stayed at. I’ve never given a hotel a rate so low but I was extremely disappointed with the hotel. The “breakfast room” windows were sooo dirty you could hardly see outside. The door leaving the breakfast room was filthy black dirty. The wooden steps on the way up to the breakfast room were spongy..almost felt unsafe to walk on. The floors in the hotel room squeaked so bad, I’m sure we must have annoyed the people below us. The internet…did not work..could not send a photo, face time, or use it before it timed out from being so slow. I’m not comfortable making this review as I believe everyone tries their best to do their best, but this hotel just needs some attention to bring it up to a standard that is worthy of being considered to have a rating higher than 5.
