“Amazing. They need to communicate quicker and earlier and better. I had questions: no response for too long. They sent me a text the day of saying I needed 4wd, which I didn’t have and it woulda been too late anyway. They sent me an email, which I skimmed because I am busy, that talked about dining but was not for our site. Besides the communication issues. We LOVED our experience.”

“The location is a little odd - a collection of small cabins plopped down in the middle of a large open area not really near any other amenities. The cabins themselves are nice and well-maintained - up to date, functional, and clean. ”

“This cozy cabin was the perfect retreat from the heat and crowds of the national parks. It was set up for us to prepare meals and directions to near by sites like Kodachrome. It was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed sunrise views from the deck and the wide open dark skies at night. Following Milt's directions brought us right to the cabin. It was better than pictured. ”

“This place is amazing, so quiet and cozy and direct access to cool hikes, and like other reviews it is not very clean inside or out. The cobwebs and dust are real and we had to rewash any dish we used as they were all dirty and there was trash and even clothing outside near the firepit/horseshoe area. The hottub was so great and also not clean so if you are picky and need things pretty clean, this could be an issue. It is also good to know that 4WD/AWD is pretty necessary. This place is remote,……

“Second year we have stayed at this place and we love it!! Nice layout, comfy, great internet and lots of parking. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! Wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. If there is a downside... Only has a 2 slice toaster ...get over it!...lol”

Everything was perfectly cleaned, and we had everything we needed and more! Zero complaints whatsoever. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed. Already thinking about planning our next visit with friends!”

“We had a blast staying here. The location in Duck Creek Village was incredible. The scenery in the mountains was picturesque. Our kids, ranging from ages 7-22, enjoyed playing pool, video games, and just hanging out. The cabin was awesome having bathrooms attached to each bedroom, a very nice feature. We also made smores on the firepit. A great stay for sure.”
