Perfect Getaway Home for Families

If you want to be by the village, but away from the noise, we are the townhouse for you. We are ski in and ski out right to the Silver Platter. If golf is your thing, Greywolf golf course is just minutes away. Village amenities are included with rental of the house: pools, sauna, hot tubs and so much more..........

Our home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac at the top of Panorama Resort. We are walking distance to the whole village, including pools, restaurants and rentals. Our home sleeps 10 and has lots of room, so is great for families with various aged children or multi-families. The third bedroom is a suite off the garage, perfect for grandparents or relatives who need to "get away" or a space to keep the teenagers away.

Our home is not fancy, it's for families to kick back and be together. Enjoy the retro Nintendo, VHS tapes and boardgames without the worry of living in a museum. Don't worry, our house has it's own wifi, so the real world is not far away.

Our house has it all. You will appreciate the view and the great location.
Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent
Guest is asked to start the dishwasher and take out the garbage.

Parking

Parking is free with one spot in the garage, and one vehicle on the driveway.


Property is near water.
Lillian lake is a 10 minute drive/taxi from the property. The coarse sand beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
The lake has swimming, fishing, and picnic facilities. Windermere Lake is 20 minutes away and has a beach, playground, and full amenities.

Snow Skiing and Boarding

Ski/Board Out is a 1 minute walk from the property
Our home has ski in/out access. We are located at the top of the resort and are within walking distance to all skiing amenities.
Refunds are given with a 30 day notice.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Clean house, with great exposure east at kitchen, west in living room to soak in afternoon sun after skiing, wonderful gas fireplace, views, deck, extremely convenient to ski lifts, ski rental, tickets, restaurants & bars, hot pool, tub, sauna. Home has everything needed to be comfortable, be entertained, cook, dining table can seat 10+. Small living area is cozy with stone (gas lit closed) fireplace. Furnishings are basic, solid, not new or fancy. Washer/dryer on 3rd level with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Suite on ground floor off garage, looks out under deck (no view), has its own bathroom with shower. Thermostats in every room. Not good if you have crawling babies or toddlers unless you bring 2 gates to block off stairs. Excellent communication with host Koreen. Could not find an open food bank on the weekend to donate our unopened food but young employees are happy to have it. The Greywolf cross country Nordic ski center is lovely but hilly. It’s a nice walk from & to Panorama but path goes onto road for bits of it. I saw many dog walkers and families outside walking on a Saturday afternoon. The downhill ski lifts were a joy, all without waits. Lots of trails for all levels. Everyone was welcoming and helpful in servicing visitors. We took an excursion (45 mins) to Radium for a thermal pool soak which was delightful, less crowded, larger and with better views than at Panorama. We enjoyed our stay.
Deck has table and grill. Hot pool/tub across road past bldg on left.

Retro townhouse in upper village

Koreen's place is very convenient to the upper village and you can ski in/out right to the t bar. It has a super fun retro vibe with fun games to be played! It was clean and had everything you need. I would stay again for sure!

Fantastic Place

Excellent location . Loved free access to panorama resort pools . Easy to get to chairlift with bikes ! Loved the 3 bathrooms and bedrooms ! Nice large eating table and well stocked kitchen ! Would definitely recommend and stay again !

Beautiful and comfortable townhome - perfect for families

Koreen was a great host and her place was perfect for our family group of 4 adults and 4 children. Don't be fooled by the photos, it is light filled and modern townhome, with great amenities and lots of sleeping spaces. We especially appreciated being so close to the pool area and the village gondola. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and place!

Great ski in ski out

We loved the ski in ski out access to the Poma lift at Panorama. The location is excellent. The place was accurate as described in listing, and was very spacious, comfy with everything you could ask for in the kitchen. We appreciated all the counter space. The beds were comfy. A few minor maintenance items that need to be looked after however everything did work and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return with our family of 6. We really appreciated the separate suite , complete with a bed, couch, tv and video, bar fridge, mircrowave and sink as well as a full bathroom.

Perfect setup for a weekend

Great setup for two adults per room upstairs and to put the kids together in the room off the garage in the basement. Each bedroom has a full bathroom so its nice that way. Location is perfect for hot pools or lift access with 30 second walk to village center.

The perfect ski stay

Close to lifts, sun at end of day and short walk from hottubs. Main bedroom was very nice. Other 2 bedrooms are a little cramped but that is because they have extra beds to accommodate children and other guests. Kitchen and living room area are excellent. there is a large eating area for feeding up to 10. Roof did poor water onto Back deck which should be rectified.

Amazing accommodation for Easter weekend with a young family!

We had a fabulous experience at this property. Koreen made the check in process simple with keyless entry and all details we needed communicated prior to our arrival. The house was everything described and more, it came fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and was very comfortable stay for our family of five with children ranging from 4 to 12 years old. Location was so perfect as you could basically see the main chalet and lift area from the back deck. Felt very confident and safe to allow our older kids to walk to and from the lift part of the resort to the home without being with them. We will absolutely be back! As described

Property was as described with a nice layout and great location. Clean and very well maintained. Would stay here again without hesitation. We have stayed at dozens of properties on the hill and this one is definitely one of the best. Not new but very well taken care of.
