大教堂城全景區酒店住宿推介

「Huge space with a little kitchen!」

「Safe and gated and convenient」

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「Great!」

「Overall, we really loved the place. The amenities were nice and clean and well maintained. unfortunately, we had one negative experience with one of the visitors staying there. who treated us in a discriminatory and disrespectful way. What made it worse was that one of the employes acted the same way as the visitor. Employees should not agree with either side take information or walk away, instead he is telling us how to discipline. Other than that experience, we enjoyed our stay.」

「Always want to stay here!」
