"What would have been a good review is now a negative review. I booked through a third party and apparently a resort fee is charged separately from the payment through the app. I was never informed that my credit card would have this charge, it showed up after the fact. When I questioned it I was told it was for the pool, towels, beach chairs and parking however the pool was not open so we couldn’t use it nor did we use beach chairs or towels. We were one of only two cars in the lot as it was a slow time of year. When I questioned the charge I was told I would get a call back later that day but didn’t. I called 3 days in a row and was always promised a response but didn’t hear anything. Finally I called again today and was told that all guests have to pay this charge despite the fact that there were no resort features provided and I hadn’t been informed of the charge. All in all a dissatisfying customer service experience and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. It is the lack of transparency and failure to communicate that are the real issue."

"I came for one night on a business trip and was absolutely impressed with the size of rhe rooms and how clean and well organized everything was! I will definetly be back! Even my doggie loved it"

"Really liked the property and would have been fun in the summer. Bed was comfy and there was a nice steamer. My only complaint is just how small the bathroom was. Other rooms may have larger ones, but it was tiny and that could be an issue for some."
